- We ship within 1-2 working days for almost all orders.
- Only in rare circumstances- in case of big items , there will be delay in packaging and customs documentation and the item will be shipped in 4-5 working days
- For bulk orders, contact us. As we will be saving on shipping charges.
- In case there are any customizations needed, we will inform you of the shipping times separately via mail, phone or SMS.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mondays through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, natural calamities, strikes or any other social disruptions.

Cancellations
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Address Change
In the rare case where you wish to change the shipping address, we will be able to accept changes only before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped we will be unable to accept any request for change of shipping address.
