Returns Policy

We understand that there is a chance that you may not find a product as interesting as it looked which is why we have an easy 15 day return or exchange policy to make your shopping experience unhindered .

In case you wish to return a product due to any reason, contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page, or drop a mail at info@bexcoexports.com or call us on +91 9416029104 within 15 days from the date of delivery.

We will be able to make a refund within 7 -10 working days only after the product has been received back at our warehouse and confirmed to be intact, not broken or damaged , just as it was when it was shipped out.

If you want to return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

  • Inform  via the Contact Us page or by writing a mail toinfo@bexcoexports.com You should do this as soon as you can.
  • Keep the product in its original packing along with the invoice sent with the product.
  • We solely reserves the right to make a final decision on the condition of the product.
  • Allow us to Refund your full payment amount (excluding shipping charges and or any taxes levied) within 7-10 business days.

You may also ask for an ‘exchange’ of a product for value equal to or greater than the original product.

In case you receive an item that is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication as soon as you find out that it is broken or faulty. We will do our best to process refund request within 7 -10 working days or make an exchange of a similar product.

Cancellation Policy

In case you wish to cancel the product you have ordered, please drop a mail at info@bexcoexports.com or call us on +91 7082228104 as soon as you may .We will be able to cancel the order only if the same has not been shipped out of the warehouse and not once it has left the warehouse.

You will still have the option to return the product once it reaches you but one way shipping charge will be deducted as per policy.

Refund in case of cancellation of order will be made within 7-10 business days unless any financial social circumstances prohibit us to make necessary transactions.
